High profile property investment and development company going through an exciting phase of growth and transformation.About the roleReporting into the CFO, this role focuses on tax management and strategic advisory for a property investment and development company.
You will take ownership of all direct and indirect taxes including income tax, GST, FBT, stamp duty and land tax, and oversee the trust distribution review process to investors including the preparation of fund statements and annual tax returns.
You will advise the Board and Executive team in relation to any tax law or policy change that may impact the business, manage tax due diligence and structuring in relation to M&A; transactions, assist with responses to regulatory inquiries and submissions, and proactively manage tax risks.Key responsibilitiesCompletion and ownership of all direct and indirect taxes including income tax, GST,
