About the role
Little H Cafe Duncraig is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Chef to join our team.
We serve a simple, quality-focused all-day à la carte brunch menu, and we want someone who takes pride in their food, works well in a fast-paced cafe environment and helps keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
This role is based in person at the cafe.
What you'll do
Prepare and cook dishes to a consistent standard, with attention to quality and presentation
Manage food preparation and kitchen organisation during service
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste
Support and assist with the training of junior team members where required




Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
About you
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
Breakfast and brunch cooking experience preferred, but not essential
Solid cooking skills and a good understanding of food safety
Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
A positive attitude and a team-focused approach
