About the role
Join our close-knit kitchen team at Paradise Point ****.
You'll prepare and cook a busy Asian menu while maintaining consistent food quality and standards.
This is a casual/temporary position.
What you'll do
Assist the chef with food preparation and cooking in the wok area
Help with daily preparation, keep the kitchen organised, and make sure ingredients and supplies are well stocked
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards at all times
Work closely with the team to keep service smooth and productive, even on the busiest nights
About you
Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
We are happy to train the right person
A basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Available to work approximately ***** hours per week
Flexible to work nights, weekends and public holidays
A reliable team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
The correct visa to work in Australia
