About the role
Small Doses Cafe is looking for an experienced Shop Manager to help us grow.
This is a unique opportunity in an area where building community connection and customer loyalty matters.
What you'll do
Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe
Determine menu offerings, stock levels and customer service standards
Develop and implement purchasing, promotional and marketing strategies, including menu pricing
Promote the cafe's food, beverages and services to attract customers and increase sales
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, supplier orders and sales
Manage budgets, monitor expenditure and oversee the cafe's financial performance
Recruit, train, supervise and support staff to ensure efficient operations and high service standards
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety regulations and relevant hospitality standards
About you
At least 1 year of relevant full time work experience in the relevant field
A minimum AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field
