Job Description
As a Phone Sales Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them source the right products and solutions to keep their businesses moving.
You'll work closely with branch colleagues, handling customer enquiries, processing orders, providing product advice and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
This is a fast-paced role where strong customer service and relationship-building skills are key to success.
Your Day Will Include
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Providing product information, pricing and quotations
Following up quotations and customer enquiries
Building strong relationships with trade and commercial customers
Promoting new products, specials and business solutions
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Working collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales goals

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
You may come from Phone Sales, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Parts Interpreting, Trade Sales or Account Management.
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a busy, customer-focused workplace.

Automotive, auto electrical or heavy vehicle experience
Parts interpreting experience

Mining, transport or industrial industry exposure
Knowledge of automotive products and components
