You'll work with our management team to build the broker team, and you'll be the face of Axle as a place people want to work.What you'll doOwn broker hiring from first contact to signed offer, for experienced and junior brokersPitch Axle: show candidates the culture, growth and earning potential, and why this is the place to build a broking careerGenerate inquiries: cold outreach by phone, LinkedIn and email, job ads, referrals from our brokers, and a pool of future candidatesShape the environment people want to join, working with management on how we present Axle, onboard new brokers and keep themRun the process: screen candidates, book interviews with management, check references, manage offersReport hiring numbers weekly and improve what isn't workingAs we grow, help build out the recruitment function,
