As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy, contributing to the health and wellbeing of our community.
Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, performing stock rotation, and managing inventory
Provide excellent customer service by answering queries and offering advice on over-the-counter products
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy environment
Process prescriptions and manage patient records accurately
Support the team in stock management and ordering supplies




Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and pharmacy policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Basic computer skills and proficiency with pharmacy software systems
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
