Emerald Fleet is a Sydney-based luxury chauffeur and car hire business. We operate a fleet of premium vehicles across weddings, corporate and executive transfers, airport pickups and Uber Premium. Our clients book us for one reason: a flawless, polished experience from pickup to drop-off. We’re growing and looking for a driver who takes real pride in that.

The role

You’ll be behind the wheel of our vehicles delivering premium rides to private, corporate and rideshare passengers across Sydney. Unlike typical rideshare driving, you won’t be renting a car or covering fuel and expenses – we provide the vehicle and you’re paid for your time.

Day to day you’ll:
Drive Uber Premium shifts in our vehicles
Chauffeur pre-booked wedding, corporate and airport transfers – punctuality is everything
Keep the vehicle immaculate inside and out – presentation is part of the product
Look after passengers with a calm, discreet, professional manner
Follow a set roster and report back on shifts, kilometres and any issues

Hours

5 days per week on a set roster: 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day. Weekend availability is essential as this is when most wedding and event bookings fall.

What we’re looking for




Current NSW Passenger Transport Licence Code (PTLC) on your driver licence, or ability to obtain one before starting
Unrestricted Australian driver licence held for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
Existing Uber driver account in positive standing with a high rating (preferred)
Experience in chauffeur, hire car, rideshare or hospitality/customer-facing roles
Immaculate personal presentation and robust communication in English
Excellent knowledge of Sydney roads, the airport and the Eastern Suburbs/CBD
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working evenings and weekends
Full Australian working rights
Must pass a police check and driving history check
