Your temporary assignment
Depending on the organisation, your responsibilities may include:
Meeting and greeting visitors and providing a professional first point of contact
Managing busy switchboards and incoming enquiries
Coordinating meeting rooms, appointments and calendars
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintaining reception and front-of-house areas
Providing general administrative and data entry support
Liaising with clients, customers and internal stakeholders
Assisting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates who can confidently step into a new environment and quickly become a reliable part of the team.
You will ideally have:




Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience
Professional presentation and a warm, confident communication style
Strong telephone manner and customer service skills
Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence in learning recent systems
Strong organisation and attention to detail
The ability to adapt quickly to different workplaces and priorities
Availability for temporary assignments, with immediate availability highly regarded
Experience within medical, allied health, professional services, community services or corporate reception environments will also be highly regarded
