HR Administration Opportunity
Your new role
Reporting into the HR team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across the employee life cycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing employment contracts and HR documentation
Maintaining employee records and HR systems
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinating pre-employment checks
Responding to general HR queries
Assisting with recruitment administration
Supporting payroll and employee data changes
Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience within HR administration, recruitment administration or a similar role
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
