About the roleJ's Kitchen Steak House is a busy bistro-style restaurant in Berala.
We serve a wide range of Australian-style bistro meals, including steaks, grilled meats, chicken schnitzels, seafood, pasta, burgers and other popular dishes.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team on a full time basis.
The salary is $80,000 - $82,000 plus superannuation.What you'll doPrepare and cook a variety of bistro-style dishes in line with established recipes and menu standardsPrepare meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, sauces and other ingredients for daily serviceOperate commercial kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers and ovensComplete daily food preparation and mise en place for lunch and dinner servicesMonitor cooking times, temperatures,
