Clarity Partners is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join an ASX-listed mining company on a part-time basis 3 days a week (flexible on your terms).
You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll while supporting employees across the business.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work and is confident managing payroll queries, reconciliations and day-to-day payroll requirements.What You'll DoProcess end-to-end payroll accurately and within scheduled deadlinesMaintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure changes are processed correctlyManage payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholdersEnsure payroll calculations, deductions, leave and other employee entitlements are processed accuratelyAssist with payroll reconciliations and reportingSupport compliance with relevant legislation, awards and company policiesMaintain payroll data and documentation with a high level of confidentialityAssist with payroll audits, reporting and year-end requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve payroll processes,
