Healthscope Independence Services (HIS) in Victoria is seeking passionate residential/support workers to provide high-quality care in Supported Independent Living settings.
Casual shifts are available across mornings, afternoons, and sleepovers at Croydon & Ringwood East.As a Disability Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily living, personal care, medication, and community engagement, documenting progress and complying with policies.
Relevant qualification and experience required.
