About the role
DINESH CORPORATION PTY LTD is looking for an experienced, reliable full-time Cook to join our restaurant team in Muswellbrook.
The salary is plus applicable superannuation.
What you'll do
Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals in line with our restaurant standards
Assist with menu planning and development
Maintain food quality, portion control and consistency
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food-safety requirements
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and minimise wastage
Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service
About you
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
At least one year of full-time cooking experience
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
Sound knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Solid teamwork, time-management and communication skills
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required
