About The Role We're partnering with a well-established, multi-entity Melbourne organisation to appoint a Financial Accounting Manager.
This is a career-defining move for an audit skilled at Manager level or above who's ready to stop reviewing other people's numbers and start owning them.
You'll lead a capable team, report directly into senior finance leadership, and have the scope to shape how the function runs.
ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of Financial Accountants, and oversee delivery of consolidated statutory accounts for a complex, multi-entity, multi-structure groupProvide technical accounting advice on the tax and accounting impact of the group's investments and transactionsOwn the group's performance management platform, OneStream, which is used for financial reporting and consolidationsDrive continuous improvement by finding opportunities to streamline processes through effective use of AI and automationManage tax effect accounting,
