You will prepare and bake a variety of bakery products while maintaining consistent quality and productive daily production.
This is a full-time position, and we are looking for 2-3 years of experience.What you'll doInspect bakery equipment and work areas for hygiene and safetyCheck the quality and freshness of baking ingredientsMeasure and mix ingredients according to recipesKnead and prepare dough for fermentation and bakingDivide, mould and shape dough for bakery productsPrepare pastry mixtures, fillings and other ingredientsOperate dough mixers, rollers and shaping machineryMonitor oven temperatures and adjust baking timesCoordinate baking,
