We run a diverse range of kitchens and food concepts, from smoke and live fire to restaurant dining, functions, events and production, so no two days necessarily look the same.Our operation includesPomona Smokehouse: BBQ, smoking and live-fire cookingDistillery Restaurant: contemporary dining and hospitalityPomona Providore: smoked products, takeaway and food productionBarrel House: weddings, functions and large-scale eventsCask: our speakeasy bar and restaurantOff-site catering: including events at our sister venue in BrisbaneWe're looking for chefs across the board, from apprentices and junior chefs through to experienced CDPs, sous chefs and kitchen leaders.About youYou care about what you do,
