The Grand Hotel Healesville is looking for an experienced and reliable Crowd Controller to join our team for regular Friday and Saturday night shifts.
We're a country pub in a small community, so we know good security is as much about people skills as it is crowd control.You'll need to be friendly and approachable with our regulars, know how to read a situation and be experienced enough to step in calmly when needed.
We're not after a nightclub-style approach.
