Wednesday mornings, 7am to 12pm, looking after our shed: receiving deliveries, checking and putting stock away, and keeping the place tidy. Forklift licence required. Ideal for a retiree or semi-retired local.
Cape Kitchens designs and builds custom kitchens, laundries and joinery across the South West. We need a reliable, practical person to look after our shed one morning a week.
When: Wednesdays, 7:00am to 12:00pm (about 5 hours a week)
Pay: $38 an hour, casual
What you'll do
Receive supplier deliveries and unload them with the forklift.
Unpack and check deliveries against the paperwork, and flag anything damaged or missing.
Put stock away in the right place.
Empty the bins and keep the shed clean and tidy.
General housekeeping so the workshop is ready for the week.
What you'll need
A current forklift licence (High Risk Work Licence, LF class).
A positive eye for detail when checking orders.
Reliable and self-motivated, happy to work on your own.
Able to do some lifting and be on your feet for the morning.
Live locally in or around Margaret River.
Who'd suit it
This would suit a retiree or semi-retired person who wants a regular, steady few hours a week in a friendly local business. A trade, warehouse or logistics background helps, but it isn't required.
