You'll organise and control the operations of the restaurant and related hospitality services to ensure exceptional dining and guest experiences.
This is a full time, ongoing position based in Jugiong, NSW, with standard hours of 38 per week and flexibility for weekends and evenings as required.What you'll doOrganise and control the operations of our restaurant and related establishment to provide dining and catering servicesPlan menus in consultation with our chefsPlan and organise special functionsArrange the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budgetMaintain records of stock levels and financial transactionsEnsure dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean,



functional and of suitable appearanceConfer with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and serviceSelect, train and supervise waiting and kitchen staffTake reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders as neededAbout youA minimum of 3 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality managementA proven ability to manage and motivate hospitality teamsStrong organisational and leadership skills with attention to detailThe ability to plan and run functions and eventsA solid understanding of food and beverage service standardsFinancial management experience, including stock control and budgetingExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsA high level of spoken and written English, so you can communicate effectively with staff, suppliers and customersQualificationsAn AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field, orAt least three years of relevant experience in place of formal qualificationsAdditional on-the-job training or relevant hospitality certifications may be required
