This is a full time, ongoing position based in Jugiong, NSW.
You will prepare, season and cook food in our dining establishment.What you'll doExamine foodstuffs to ensure qualityRegulate the temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipmentPrepare and cook food, seasoning it during cookingPortion food, place it on plates and add gravies, sauces and garnishesStore food in temperature-controlled facilitiesPrepare food to meet special dietary requirementsPlan menus and estimate food requirements, where neededTrain other kitchen staff and apprentices,
