About the roleAs a Chef De Partie at Boatshed Market, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our renowned restaurant and market in the beachside suburb of Cottesloe, Western Australia.
You will work as part of a skilled culinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.
This is a full-time, in-person position.What you'll doPrepare high-quality dishes to the restaurant's exacting standardsMaintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environmentAssist the Head Chef with menu planning, food cost management and inventory controlTrain and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold the restaurant's culinary excellenceContribute to a positive and collaborative team dynamic in the kitchenEnsure all food preparation and service adheres to relevant health and safety regulationsAbout youA minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef De Partie or in an equivalent role in a high-quality restaurantStrong technical cooking skills and a passion for creating cutting-edge, flavoursome dishesExcellent time management,
