Bolton Clarke is seeking an Asset Auditor to join our national team. You will travel across aged care and retirement living sites to audit physical assets, verify data, and input information into CMMS systems.

Using ISO 55001 principles, you will assess condition, remaining helpful life, and risk, then report findings and recommendations to support maintenance, compliance, and capital renewal planning. This role offers versatile office or site-based work and regular travel across Queensland and
