Serco is hiring a Customer Contact Officer for a 100% remote role in Australia.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and maintain detailed records to support a government client.The position offers full time hours (38 per week) with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend work.
You will receive 23 days of paid, fully remote training and access to Serco's rewards program and 24/7 Employee Assistance Program.
