Capricorn is seeking a part time Customer Service Officer – Insurance to join the Sales and Services Operations team.
You will provide responsive support to Capricorn Members and Suppliers through inbound/outbound calls, email, and portal channels, resolving enquiries at first contact where possible.You will maintain clear CRM records, update Epicor accurately, and collaborate with Operations, Field Sales and Supply teams to deliver consistent service outcomes.
