Job DescriptionWe're looking for friendly, motivated and adaptable Casual Dental Assistants to support our dentists chairside and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our practices.What your days look like:You'll assist with a range of general, restorative and preventive treatments, helping patients feel comfortable while ensuring our clinical teams are well supported.Shifts vary depending on the practice needs and leave coverage.
Applicants must have full-day availability Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, with flexibility to work across these days as required.Your responsibilities will include:Providing confident chairside assistance across a broad range of dental proceduresPreparing surgeries and anticipating clinicians' needs throughout treatmentKeeping appointments running efficiently and supporting clinical workflowMaintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection controlManaging clinical stock, equipment and surgery organisationHelping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatmentTaking ownership of tasks and using your initiative during busy periodsWorking collaboratively with the wider practice teams to deliver excellent patient careQualificationsWhat we're looking for?
Previous experience as a Dental AssistantCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regardedStrong knowledge of sterilisation and infection controlThe ability to anticipate needs, prioritise tasks and stay organised in a busy practiceA calm,
