Your role will see you leading, coaching and motivating the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best.
Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew.
We are looking for people that are available on a full time basis, (38 hours a week).
Shifts may include early mornings, late nights and weekends.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee team and ensure the highest quality of coffee and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Manage and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and customer serviceDevelop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliersCreate and maintain a welcoming and clean coffee shop environmentManage inventory and ordering of coffee and suppliesDevelop and implement new coffee recipes and menu itemsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain equipment and perform regular maintenance and cleaning
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentProven experience as a Head Barista or similar roleExcellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniquesStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organizationAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysReceive personalized job recommendations.
