As one of Australia's leading foodservice distributors, we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team.If you're someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs part of our friendly and supportive Customer Service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring every interaction is positive, qualified, and solution-focused.Your responsibilities will include:Processing customer orders accurately and efficientlyManaging invoicing, delivery coordination,



and order amendmentsResponding to customer enquiries via phone and emailResolving customer issues and providing timely solutionsBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationshipsLiaising with internal departments to ensure seamless service deliveryWhat You'll BringA genuine passion for customer serviceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong attention to detail and administrative abilityConfidence using computer systems and learning new softwareThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or a call centre environment will be highly regarded, but foodservice industry experience is not essential.
