We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our energetic team.Your responsibilities will includeDishwashing: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure kitchen surfaces and equipment are clean and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.Stock Management: Assist in monitoring and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations.Opportunities for Food Preparation: Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.Applejack Hospitality runs some of Sydney's finest bars and restaurants.
