You'll provide clinical care, develop assessments and care plans, and ensure documentation meets AN-ACC and Commonwealth standards.Ideal candidates are empathetic, possess a nursing Diploma with AHPRA registration, and can lead and support Personal Care Workers while fostering a team-oriented care environment for residents and their families.
