High-end residential and commercial builder.
Specialise in architectural residential new builds, renovations and extensions, and commercial new builds and fit outs.
Projects range in value from $2m to $15m.
Have been in business for over 20 years.
Office based in South West Sydney - Liverpool.

About The Project Manager job role
Project planning and programming.
Procurement.
Project administration.
Use of Procore and MS Project.
Salary from $140,000 to $200,000 plus super.

Skills & Experience for Project Manager vacancy
Building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture etc)



or trade background (Carpenter to Site Manager).
Demonstrated experience of working on residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Valuable client facing and relationship building skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations.
Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
Positive level of IT literacy.
