Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Urgent Care Hub. The role involves assessing complex needs, delivering timely clinical care, coordinating multidisciplinary support, and guiding learners to optimise discharge planning.

You will work across Integrated Care sites to provide same-day care, lead clinical decisions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while maintaining NMBA registration and IV/venepuncture competencies.
