Responsibilities
Assist clients with reservation inquiries and requests
Research accommodations, services, activities, and available options
Coordinate reservation details based on client preferences
Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy
Communicate relevant reservation information and updates
Assist with modifications and special accommodations




Maintain organized client records
Track outstanding requests and follow up appropriately
Communicate with hospitality and service providers
Help resolve reservation-related questions
Maintain qualified service standards throughout the client experience

Qualifications
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable researching information online
Ability to learn web-based systems and platforms
