Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our Altitude Kitchen team. You will assist chefs across sections, support high-quality dish preparation, and work with seasonal Australian produce in a rapid-paced, fine-dining setting.

You will advantage from mentorship, exposure to innovative menus, and a supportive, energetic work workplace, with remuneration aligned to the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
