APG & Co is seeking a Customer Care Consultant on a fixed-term, 3-month casual contract from December to February. The role involves responding to customer queries via Zendesk by phone, email, chat and online, and supporting with other customer service tasks.

You will lodge customer details, process returns, handle marketplace and social inquiries, and liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues. Solid communication and reliability are essential.
