Key responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media.

Helping customers with orders, pre-orders, shipping, returns and exchanges.

Troubleshooting issues with vinyl records, turntables and audio equipment.

Investigating delivery issues and liaising with shipping partners.

Working with our warehouse and retail teams to resolve order issues.

Keeping customers updated and following through until problems are resolved.

Identifying recurring issues and suggesting ways to improve our processes.

Helping customers discover current music, products and solutions.

About you

Previous customer service experience, preferably in ecommerce or retail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

The ability to solve problems independently and use valuable judgement.

A calm, friendly and professional approach, even when dealing with difficult situations.

Confidence using technology and learning new systems.

A willingness to take responsibility and follow things through.

An interest in music, vinyl records or audio equipment.
