Intro Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established civil construction company seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team in Ipswich, QLD.
This opportunity is suited to a Project Manager with a proven track record in civil subdivision developments, bulk earthworks and road construction, capable of managing projects from commencement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage civil subdivision and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
Oversee bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage and associated civil works.
Manage budgets, cost forecasting, financial reporting and contract variations.
Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, plant and equipment.
Develop construction programs and ensure projects meet delivery milestones.
Maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards.
Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors and project teams.
About You
Proven experience managing civil subdivision projects is essential.
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
Strong technical understanding of earthworks, road construction and drainage.
Experience managing project budgets, contracts and subcontractors.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and commercial skills.
Sound understanding of Australian Standards and construction compliance.
Relevant Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualifications will be highly regarded.
