We are currently seeking a highly driven, enthusiastic and experienced Leading Hand/HR Driver to join our growing team working with our fencing and portable toilet operations.

The Role:

You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the day to day running our busy temporary fencing supply yard including but not limited to:
Supervision of the loading and unloading process of our fleet of vehicles
Maintaining the yard in an orderly manner, providing clear and well-planned storage of stock and equipment
Promoting, and encouraging a secure workplace in line with company policy and legislative requirements
Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of all plant and equipment,



including all vehicles forklifts and utility vehicles
Constant supervision of staff at all times ensuring Workplace Health and Safety requirements and Company Policies are adhered to
Other tasks as may be required for the operational requirements of the Company including installation of temporary fencing

Requirements:
Current Forklift Licence with relevant experience
An unrestricted HR truck licence minimum
White Card
Robust leadership skills
Controlled Waste Licence (desirable but not essential)
Work well under pressure
Excellent time management and organization skills
Commitment to OHS in an operations environment
