The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Consultant to join a well-established superannuation organisation, supporting members with their superannuation and retirement-related enquiries. This is a great prospect for someone with a background in superannuation customer service who enjoys helping people, resolving enquiries and delivering a positive member experience. Key Responsibilities
Respond to member enquiries relating to superannuation, retirement and account information.
Assist members with account maintenance, transactions and general requests.
Manage complaints and resolve complex enquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Identify member needs and refer enquiries to specialist teams where required.
Maintain accurate records across internal systems.

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in superannuation customer service or member support.
Solid communication and customer service skills, particularly over the phone.




Experience handling complaints, escalations and sensitive customer enquiries.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries.
Confident using CRM systems and multiple computer platforms.
Unrestricted Australian working rights.
