We specialise in valuation under Australian Accounting Standards, including the valuation of land, buildings, infrastructure and open space assets. While this is a highly specialised field, no prior experience in valuations is required.

About the Role

As an Assistant Valuer, you will work closely with experienced valuers and directors, gaining hands-on exposure to large-scale and complex valuation projects. APV provides:

Due to the nature of our portfolio, the role:
Involves regular travel throughout the year
Requires a strong working knowledge of Excel

About You

You will have:
A Bachelor of Property Economics or equivalent (completed or close to completion)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical skills and confidence working with data in Excel
A professional, team-focused approach
A genuine desire to develop a long-term career in valuation
Flexibility and willingness to undertake regular travel
