Contract Care Workforce is looking for experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join our casual pool, supporting intensive care units across private hospitals in metro Sydney.
You choose your availability, we match you with shifts that suit, and our team looks after you every step of the way.

You’ll also gain experience across a range of ICU settings, building your skills and your network, with ongoing support for credentialing and compliance so you can focus on patient care.
About the role
You’ll provide high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients, working alongside multidisciplinary ICU teams. Shifts are available across mornings, afternoons and nights, including weekends, with a mix of short-notice and pre-booked work.
We are also interested in hearing from nurses experienced across HDU and CCU wards too!
What you’ll need
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no conditions
At least 2 years’ recent ICU experience in Australia
Experience with ventilated patients, invasive monitoring, vasoactive infusions and CRRT
Current ALS or BLS certification
Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care or Intensive Care (desirable but not essential)
National Police Check and Working With Children Check
Vaccinations in line with NSW requirements
