About the organisation

The organisation is a local provider specialising in mental health, intellectual disability and neurodiversity & who have been supporting clients & families through various programs and services for over 15 years across Adelaide & SA. They are a true multidisciplinary service provider, delivering a range of services such as PBS, Developmental Education, Support Coordination, Employment Support, Counselling & more.

Due to continued strong organisational growth they are now seeking a PBS Practitioner to join their experienced team.

Key responsibilities
Provide positive behaviour support assessments & plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions & assessments, behavioural counselling & support to a range of clients
Provide functional, behavioural, psychometric & vocational assessments
Achieve client defined clinical outcomes such as reducing challenging behaviour & improving quality of life

Key selection criteria
Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Developmental Education,Behavioural Science, Counselling or similar
Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, DEAI, AASW, ACA/PACFA etc.)
Registered PBS Practitioner with NDIS
At least 6 months experience working as a PBS Practitioner within NDIS
