Your role – More than performing treatments

You'll be an important part of our treatment team, working closely with our clients, therapists and clinic owners to deliver outstanding skin and wellness experiences.

Advanced skin treatments and personalised care

- Perform professional skin consultations and assessments to understand each client's concerns, expectations and goals.

- Deliver high-quality skin treatments confidently, safely and with attention to detail.

- Develop personalised treatment recommendations that combine in-clinic treatments with appropriate home skincare.

- Monitor client progress, adapt recommendations within your scope of practice and celebrate the results achieved.

- Continue developing your knowledge of skin health, skilled products and emerging treatment technologies.

A varied and exciting treatment environment

Depending on your qualifications, training and experience, you'll have opportunities to work across treatments such as:

- Advanced clinical and experience facials

- DMK Enzyme Therapy

- Skin needling and collagen induction therapy

- Clinical peels and microdermabrasion





- LED light therapy and skin rejuvenation

- Laser Genesis and IPL treatments

- Radiofrequency skin tightening

- Non-surgical facial rejuvenation

- Body contouring and wellness treatments

We value therapists who have particular strengths but also enjoy variety and are enthusiastic about developing their skills across different treatments.

Client relationships and genuine recommendations

- Build trusted, long-term relationships through excellent communication and consistent client care.

- Educate clients about their skin and help them understand their treatment options.

- Recommend appropriate skincare products, treatment programs and follow-up appointments with confidence and integrity.

- Support client retention and retail sales through genuine recommendations rather than high-pressure selling.

- Make every client feel comfortable, respected and cared for throughout their visit.

Teamwork and clinic excellence

- Work collaboratively with therapists, reception staff and the clinic owners.

- Maintain exceptional hygiene, treatment-room presentation and professional standards.

- Keep accurate treatment notes and client records.

- Assist with treatment-room preparation, restocking and the practical responsibilities that help the clinic operate smoothly.

- Share your knowledge, contribute ideas and support your colleagues.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who brings both professional capability and a genuinely caring personality.

Essential qualifications and experience

- A Diploma of Beauty Therapy or relevant higher qualification.

- A minimum of two years' hands-on experience in the beauty, skin or dermal therapy industry.

- Demonstrated experience performing advanced skin treatments.

- Strong understanding of skin conditions, skincare ingredients and professional treatment protocols.

- Confidence in conducting consultations, recommending treatments and communicating with clients.

- Excellent hygiene, presentation, time management and professional standards.

- Appropriate training and competency for the treatments and technologies you perform.

Additional dermal qualifications and experience with DMK, laser, IPL, skin needling or advanced aesthetic devices will be highly regarded.
