About the Business Based in Banyo on Brisbane’s northside, Our Client is a family-led boutique builder specialising in custom homes, knockdown/rebuilds and homes on sloping or complex sites. With a focus on craftsmanship and personalised service, the team delivers homes tailored to each client’s land and lifestyle.

The Opportunity We are seeking experienced residential Site Supervisors who take pride in quality workmanship, strong trade relationships and a well-run site.

You will oversee assigned custom and architecturally designed residential projects, coordinating construction activities and ensuring each home meets expectations for quality, presentation and client satisfaction.

This role suits someone who enjoys working autonomously while having clear processes, management support and opportunities to develop their career.

Two positions are available:

- Position 1: Immediate start.
- Position 2: Commencing 1 February 2027.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across assigned residential projects.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.
- Prepare, maintain and monitor construction programs.
- Schedule works, anticipate delays and resolve site issues.




- Read and interpret plans, specifications and project documentation.
- Monitor workmanship and complete quality inspections throughout construction.
- Maintain safe, organised and professionally presented sites.
- Communicate clearly with clients, trades and the internal team.
- Manage defects and finishing works to support successful handovers.
- Take accountability for project delivery and client satisfaction.

About You
- Proven experience supervising residential construction projects.
- Custom-home experience is highly regarded, particularly across architecturally designed homes, sloping sites or knockdown/rebuilds.
- Strong trade coordination, scheduling and programming skills.
- A practical approach to solving construction challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your projects.
- A desire to join a stable business where you can contribute and grow over the long term.
