About the Role

We are seeking a Global VM Operations Manager to join our Head Office team in Rosebery on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will ensure Global Visual Merchandising is delivered flawlessly, consistently, and at scale across the global network. This role owns how VM is executed – rolling out the VM platform, cadence, governance, execution readiness, and operational performance of the Retail business. The VM Operations Manager is accountable for turning creative direction into reliable, repeatable global execution without proportional headcount growth.

Responsibilities:

Global VM Delivery & Cadence

- Own the global VM launch calendar, ensuring seasonal launches,



markdowns & ADHOC updates land on time across all regions.

- Translate creative VM direction into clear, executable operational plans for stores.

- Manage execution sequencing to minimise disruption and maximise adoption by our Retail network.

Execution Quality & Risk Management

- Monitor execution quality, compliance, and adoption across regions.

- Proactively identify execution risks and escalate as required.

- Establish corrective action plans where standards are not met.

Reporting & Performance

- Own VM operational KPIs (timeliness, adoption, execution quality).

- Deliver clear exec-level reporting to Global VM Director & Regional Retail Directors.

- Drive continuous improvement using execution feedback and data.

Team & Capability (Operational Lens)

- Lead VM Coordinators and operational support resources.

- Build scalable ways of working that allow store growth.

VM Platform, Tools & Governance

- Act as global owner of the VM platform roll out and future operational toolsets.

- Define and enforce content governance, version control, and lifecycle management.

- Lead platform adoption, training frameworks, and change management with regional teams.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a Senior Visual Merchandising Operations or Global VM role within a fast-paced,



multi-region retail environment (luxury or premium retail highly regarded).

- Demonstrated ability to translate creative vision into scalable, repeatable operational execution across a global store network.

- Strong experience managing global calendars, launch cadence, and cross-functional delivery across multiple time zones and regions.

- Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align global and regional teams at all levels, including executive leadership.

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable plans.
