What You’ll Do:

- Help customers in-store and over the phone, and set the standard for service in the store




- Process sales quickly and accurately
- Solve customer issues and recommend solutions
- Help set up the new store, including merchandising and keeping displays tidy and well-stocked
- Support and mentor newer team members with product knowledge and sales techniques
- Join product and safety training sessions

What You’ll Need:

- Solid sales, retail, or trade experience, ideally in tools or trade supplies Tradies looking to put down the tools will be a great fit!
- Friendly, confident, and helpful with customers
- Happy to share your knowledge and help others learn
- Comfortable using POS systems and computers
- Strong knowledge of tools and power tools
- Able to work one weekend day per week
- Full Australian working rights required
