Sinova Property is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, energetic and reliable individual to join our Property Management team.

You'll work alongside experienced Property Managers and Directors, managing properties across Adelaide's Eastern and North Eastern suburbs while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING





You'll be involved in the day-to-day management of residential properties, including:

- Conducting open inspections, private viewings and routine property inspections

- Assisting with tenant applications, screening and reference checks

- Preparing ingoing and outgoing property condition reports

- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and communication with tradespeople

- Responding to landlord and tenant enquiries professionally and promptly

- Assisting with rental payments, bonds, invoicing and administrative tasks

- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

- Working closely with the team to deliver outstanding customer service

Don't worry if you haven't done all of these before. We'll provide guidance, training and support to help you develop your skills.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Current SA Property Manager Registration

- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

- Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to provide professional references and complete a police check

Highly regarded, but not essential:

- Previous experience in residential property management

- Familiarity with PropertyMe or similar property management software

- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
