Role particulars:

- ASAP start

- Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) from Perth

- 8 days on / 6 days off roster

- 12-hour days – day shift

- Hands-on Construction Supervisor role, leading and coordinating site personnel and subcontractors to deliver construction activities safely and efficiently.

- Responsible for coordinating daily site works, supervising personnel, monitoring project progress and ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are maintained.

- Overseeing construction activities, ensuring works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings and schedules.

- Must have strong leadership, communication and organisational skills and be capable of working autonomously.

- Flights from Perth to site and return, accommodation and meals included.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Demonstrated experience in construction, civil or mining-related projects.

- Previous experience supervising and coordinating construction crews and subcontractors.

- Experience overseeing camp construction, including accommodation buildings, amenities, ablution facilities and associated infrastructure.

- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors across various construction activities.





- Robust practical understanding of construction methodologies, site operations and project delivery.

- Ability to lead by example, motivate teams and maintain a hands-on approach to site supervision.

- Experience coordinating daily work activities, managing resources and monitoring project schedules.

- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and site compliance.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- FIFO and mining industry experience highly regarded.

- Current Driver's Licence.

- White Card.

- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor requirements.
