Neutrog is looking for a practical, hands-on Finance Manager to join our team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being involved in the detail, leading a small team and helping the business make informed decisions. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the Finance function, supporting financial reporting, cashflow planning, pricing, compliance and continuous improvement across the business.

We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable preparing journals and reconciliations as they are reviewing reports, supporting audits, analysing margins and working with stakeholders to solve problems. You'll be someone who understands that good finance is about more than numbers. It's about process, providing accurate information, asking the right questions and helping people make better decisions.

A few months into the role, your curiosity will be driving a growing understanding of how the business operates and where Finance supports the wider organisation. You’ll manage a team that completes financial processes accurately and on time, supports reporting requirements, maintains cashflow forecasting and helps uphold the discipline and structure that underpin a successful finance function.

Through a focus on solutions and a continuous improvement mindset, this role contributes to forecasting, cashflow planning and financial reporting activities that support effective decision-making across the business.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Experience in a Finance Manager,



Senior Accountant or similar role.

- Robust accounting and financial reporting knowledge.

- Experience preparing journals, reconciliations and month-end reporting.

- Experience preparing forecasts, managing cashflow information and supporting business planning activities.

- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems.

- A high level of attention to detail and process discipline.

- The confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions and provide informed recommendations.

- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.

Experience in manufacturing, production, inventory-based or operational environments will be highly regarded.
