This is an office-based role combining reception, administration and hands-on support to our Property Management team, with opportunities to step up and manage duties when team members are on leave. What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the welcoming voice of our office while keeping the property management department running smoothly:

• First point of contact for enquiry and contractors

• Maintaining organised digital filing systems

• Completing compliance and audit requirements

• Assisting with every day property management tasks

• Collaborating with the team to solve bigger issues

• Providing cover and stepping into PM duties when team members are away

• Keeping the office professional, tidy and welcoming

• Real estate experience preferred but not required

• QLD Real Estate Certificate and valid driver’s licence essential

• Confident using Microsoft Office
